Sweet n Spicy Ginger Stir Fry Recipie (Steak & Shrimp) Better than a Resturant

Hey guys!! Last night some friends were over and we were all so hungry...It was so late that nothing was open except fast food and gas stations. We were all googling and searching for anything open when I was like "guys how about I just cook something really fast what do u guys want?"Of course my friend was like "Ha ha yeah okay Lexi make us stir fry or fried rice." I literally was like thats my specialty so I found this recipe online and fell in love. Its a little sweet a little spicy!! My friends all said it tasted better than restaurant quality so I thought I would share it!! We made ours with Steak and Shrimp! Here it is:)




Ingredients:

Stir Fry Sauce:
1 Tbs of Honey
1 nugget of Fresh Ginger
5 Tbs Soy Sauce
2 pinches of Chili Flakes
A little bit of Cumin
2 Tbs Unseasoned Rice Vinegar

Shrimp and Beef:

1 pound of Shrimp
2 Bell Peppers
1 Onion
A bundle of Green Onions
2 Red Hot Chiles
Some Cilantro
2 Cloves of Garlic
2 Tbs of vegetable oil
1 and half lb of Steak
1 Ginger seasoning

Rice:
Basamti Brown Rice

How to make Marinade Sauce:

Combine all sauce ingredients in a small bowl ( Honey, Ginger, Chili Flakes, Cumin, Soy Sauce, Rice Vinegar). Make 2 of these sauces. One for the steak and one for the shrimp. Cut steak into strips before marinade.

In 2 separate bowls, combine steak and sauce then combine shrimp and sauce. Marinade both in the fried for 15-20 minutes.

How to cook the peppers and onions:

While thats marinading, cut bell peppers and onions into fajita style strips. Get a small non stick frying pan. Add oil or butter ( however you like to cook your veggies). Put bell peppers and onions in pan along with powdered ginger, chili flakes, and cumin. Cook on low to medium heat until peppers onions brown a little.

How to prepare the Red Chile Peppers, Cilantro, Garlic and Green Onions:
Get 3 small bowls. Chop the Red Chile Peppers. Chop the Green Onions. And pull loose Cilantro. Put in 3 separate bowls. Chop the 2 cloves of garlic to your liking and put it in a small cup.

How to cook the Shrimp and Steak:
Cook Separately. To cook the steak, grab a large skillet and put in the vegetable oil. Add steak. (We made the sauce again and added it in the skillet to make a wet stir fry) Cook steak until brown on outside ( THIS COOKS VERY FAST!) Quickly add half of the Red Chile Peppers, Cilantro, Green Onions, and Garlic. Cook for about 1 minute and the steak is done.

To cook the shrimp, grab a large skillet and put in vegetable oil. Add shrimp. ( Same thing we made the sauce again and added it to make a wet stir fry). When cooking the shrimp, cook one side then flip each piece on the other until light brown. (THIS COOKS VERY FAST TOO!) Quickly add half of the Red Chile Peppers, Cilantro, Green Onions, and Garlic. Cooke for about 45 seconds an its done!

How to cook the Rice:
Follow the interactions on the rice bag. ( We used a rice cooker)
